Passport and entry requirements

Travellers need a passport with sufficient remaining validity for the whole journey. Visa and entry rules differ by nationality and residence and can change at short notice. Please confirm the current requirements with Siru Travel before paying for anything non-refundable.

Payment schedule

Your deposit amount and payment dates are stated on your written Siru Travel quotation. Payment instructions will be provided directly by Siru Travel after booking confirmation. Never pay into an account that has not been confirmed to you by Siru Travel in writing.

Baggage

Reference allowance: 30kg checked + 7kg cabin (as per ticket). The allowance printed on your e-ticket always applies. Zamzam water is subject to airline and airport rules on the day.

Nusuk and permits

Saudi authorities currently use the Nusuk platform to manage permits for Umrah and for visits to the Rawdah. Please travel with a compatible smartphone and follow the latest official instructions for your dates.

Health and preparation

Take advice from your doctor or travel clinic on vaccinations and medication in good time before travel — requirements can differ by nationality. Bring comfortable footwear; you will walk considerable distances.
