Your questions answered
Can I book a hotel only if I already have flights?
Please ask. Siru Travel can check whether hotel-only arrangements are available for your dates and destination and will confirm in writing.
What financial protection applies to my booking?
Siru Travel is a licensed travel agent in Tanzania (licence 036006). The protection and ticketing arrangements that apply to your booking are set out on your written quotation — please read them before paying.
What passport validity do I need?
Saudi Arabia and many transit countries require substantial remaining passport validity. Confirm the current rule for your nationality with Siru Travel before paying anything non-refundable.
Are hotel walking times guaranteed?
No. Walking times are approximate and vary with the entrance used, route closures, crowd levels and personal mobility.
Can flights or hotels change after booking?
Yes. Airlines, schedules and suppliers can change. Your final confirmation and travel documents show exactly what has been contracted, and Siru Travel will tell you about any significant change.
How do I know my baggage allowance?
The allowance printed on your e-ticket applies. Package pages show the expected allowance, but the airline's ticket is the final reference.
Do I need the Nusuk app?
Saudi authorities currently use the Nusuk platform to manage Umrah and Rawdah permits. Travel with a compatible smartphone and follow the latest official instructions for your dates.
What if I need mobility assistance?
Tell us about mobility, medical or accessibility needs before you book so we can discuss suitable hotels, transport and the assistance available.
Can Siru Travel arrange Umrah for travellers outside Tanzania?
Yes — Siru Travel accepts international enquiries. Routing, visa eligibility and payment arrangements are confirmed individually for each traveller's country of departure.
