1. Your booking contract

A booking is confirmed only when Siru Travel issues a written confirmation or invoice and receives the payment stated on it.

2. Prices and inclusions

Your quotation sets out what is included and excluded, applicable taxes and fees, the rooming basis, traveller ages and any supplier conditions.

3. Deposits and balances

Deposit amounts, payment dates and whether amounts are refundable are stated on your quotation before you pay. Pay only using payment instructions provided directly by Siru Travel.

4. Passport, visa and health requirements

Each traveller is responsible for meeting the passport, visa, vaccination, permit and health requirements that apply to their nationality and journey. Siru Travel will help you understand them.

5. Changes by suppliers or authorities

Airlines, hotels, transport providers and government authorities may change schedules or arrangements. Siru Travel will tell you about significant changes and the options available.

6. Cancellation by the traveller

Cancellation charges, supplier penalties, non-refundable items and amendment fees are set out in your booking conditions.

7. Travel insurance

Suitable travel insurance is strongly recommended for every journey. Check that your policy covers the destination, activities and any medical conditions.

8. Events beyond reasonable control

Government restrictions, conflict, natural hazards, severe disruption and public-health measures can affect travel. How these situations are handled is set out in your booking conditions.

9. Group travel and conduct

Group travellers are asked to follow lawful instructions, meeting times and destination rules so the group can travel safely.

10. Complaints

If something is not right, please tell your group leader or Siru Travel as soon as possible so it can be addressed. You can also write to Siru Travel after your journey.
